Well, the picture is up there, but can't get the SAND FLAT FARM title on there, but this may have to do... Oh well. It's the best I can do for right now. Thanks for being patient with me. I did add a little blurb about our place over on the side above my picture, so maybe that'll help.

After reading my sister Judy's blog about the snowy cold weekend, I read the comments. Aha - someone from a warm climate. I then connect to your blog and found another Texan. It's interesting reading/seeing your farmhouse experiences. I live in McAllen, only about 20 miles from the Rio Grande. Keep enjoying your family - it's a blessing to have them near!
Thanks Bev, for your comment. Yes, it's been warm here, too. I know your temps are even higher in S Texas. I love the snow and cold for a very short while, but I'm happy having warm weather most of the time. I know exactly where you are. I've lived in Texas all my life, and we have several church groups from Tyler that travel to Mexico several times a year to help with church building and medical missions. Thanks for your comment, and yes I DO enjoy my family SO much. Wish they would all stay young enough to be at home! My kids are my life! Take care - Vickie
