I have "Pop-A-Lock" on speed dial.... They laugh at me now when I lock my keys in my car. They know my name. They recognize my phone number on caller ID. They know my car. I'm just tryin' to help the pore guys out...
I hear you. Geico roadside service got a spate of calls from me for a while, and several from the same area so the man called to my assistance began to recognize me. I have no idea what changed.
I have been there, done that, and have the T-shirt!I just loved reading your previous post with your photos of your childhood! So wonderful. Blessings,Kathleen
I so enjoyed your delightful blog. I'm a city girl but southern, Christian, forgetfully middle-aged, painter, and also would love to live in a artist colony some day. How about a farm artist colony in Texas, hint hint. Oh yeah, I also married my high school sweetheart and thats been 38 years ago!!! Maybe a French trip some day and we'll go together!
Saw your comment on Jennifer Young's blog of French paintings....
When I bought my little car almost two years ago they gave me a little plastic key to carry in my wallet. I won't start the car, but it will open the door, and I have been soooo thankful for it. If the purse were in the car, too, however...then pop-a-lock! C
Ha! You know, you could put an extra car key in your purse in a little pocket somewhere. That has saved me more then once! But I suppose it won't hurt to check out "pop-a-lock".

I know the feeling when I got locked out of my house...but I didn't have a way to call anyone when my phone was locked in there too!
Thank you for stimulating the economy Vicki.
Two words girlfriend - spare key.

Sounds like the dear husband. 3 times a few summers ago. Was pretty expensive for us. I have my own repeat brain glitches. :)
