WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE MUSLIMS PRAYING ON CAPITOL HILL??? I just heard about that - where have I been? My daughter called me earlier this evening and asked me if I knew. What is our country coming to? We're heading for Islam quicker than I thought!

She posts on this happening and It's rather lengthy, but she sheds alot of light on this subject and some background on the two Muslim guys that will be leading Islamic prayers from 4:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, September 25, near the area on Capital Hill where our Presidents are inaugerated. It's also reported that 50,000 some odd Muslims from mosques all over the US will be in attendance to desecrate the lawn of our White House. And, one of 'em said the "White House will become Muslim House". Unbelievable!
Islam is not going to take over the US by violence - Islam is going to take over from the inside using "nice" techniques. This scares the pee-diddle out of me and enrages me at the same time. How can Obama bring all these Muslim leaders like Qaddafi, among others, into our country!!! I'm all for freedom of religion, but when we have had personal terrorist attacks on our cities, and our citizens, HOW ON GOD'S GREEN EARTH CAN OUR PRESIDENT BE DOING CRAZY THINGS LIKE THIS? Qaddafi was refused in 2-3 different areas to set up his tent on their properties, one on Central Park, and I forgot the other places. Donald Trump is allowing Qaddafi's tent to be set up on Trump property.
I'm also mad as heck about the elementary school teaching their children some songs about Obama, and one of the songs only substituted the name, Obama, for Jesus' name, in "Jesus Loves Me". Now they couldn't sing "Jesus Loves Me" in school but they can sing "Obama Loves Me"? Come on, give me a break! Hell-OOOO??? Is this not brainwashing indoctrination stuff? Just like Hitler???
And what about that nutcase Chavez (Castro without a brain - according to Bush)? He spoke at the UN after President Bush a few years ago and said Bush was a devil and the podium smelled like sulfur. Then when he spoke after Obama and said the podium no longer smelled like sulfer but now it smelled like hope. What a crock of malarchy!
Ok, there's my beef - this Islam crap really gets me going. I have no faith in our government nor in our president. I'm a Christian and I'm supposed to love all peoples, and I do, but as Christians we still have to draw the line, and we still have to protect our country. I'm worried about our nation. Never in my 52 years have I actually been worried about our country not being the number one, most powerful, most safest, most Christian, in-the-right -place in the world. Now I know and believe that God is in control, but have we become such a sinful nation that I wonder - will we be allowed to go into slavery to another? We all sit around and complain and get mad. Let's get out there and unite and make a difference. Let's take our country back. If somebody has a good idea on how to go about taking it back, I'm the first in line.
Come on people, I'm no political analyst as you can see. Am I way off base? Have I said anything that is incorrect? If I have, please correct me. I want to understand. These are my opinions and I'm stickin' to 'em unless somebody can change my way of thinkin'.
Whew! Calm down, Vickie. I watch too much Fox News. I think I'm moving to Australia.....

Now Vickie, where is your tolerance? Just kidding. I think you have a pretty good grasp of the situation. God's chosen nation, Israel, Jews, had every opportunity to be led and protected by God. They continued to run after harlotry, God's word tells us. He eventually allowed them to be carried away into bondage by 2 different nations and the temple was destroyed. The gentiles, (us) have had God's blessing for over 200 yrs in the USA, but have chosen instead harlotry. God will be faithful in saving His people, but I'm not sure He will stop what is going on here. I believe Obama is in office because of who and what he is. A time appointed by God for His purpose. Of course, Obama doesn't believe anyone's purpose is more important than his. I just keep praying for the deceived people.

No, you are not off base. God told us that these people (Esau's descendants I believe) would be against Him. My comfort comes from knowing that God is in control of all things. Jefferson and Adams, however, would be turning over in their graves. After all the sacrifice that our founding fathers made it's a shame for it to come to this. But I've been praying for our Pres. salvation!! Wouldn't that be something? God moves the hearts of kings. He even used Pharaoh,,remember?

I totally agree with you and cannot understand the people unwilling to hear truth and mindlessly following and worshiping ( YES, WORSHIPING )Prez B.O.Some of the idol worshipers are my nieces and nephews, and they are extremely intolerant of Christian and conservative convictions. They got their fine college indoctrinations, oops, educations in my states' extremely liberal colleges and universities. That's why we send our young'uns to college , isn't it? To be educated in all things anti American and anti-Christian? I am still unclear as to why Islam is O.K. though...
Vickie, I agree with what the other commenters have said. I too am looking for direction and am not afraid to do my part, and I think it will take more than just "contact your congressmen". I personally think our pres can sit by and allow it because I think in reality he is one of them. Why is his birth certificate info still being withheld?? What are they hiding?? If there is nothing to hide they surely would have come through with this simple bit of info, just to mention one bit of mystery. Our country is in a very precarious situation. That being said, we have not been promised immunity from trouble in this life, but as believers and followers of Jesus Christ,anything we go through we can be assured the Lord will go through with us.

The Muslim goal is world conquest, and Americans who put their heads in the sand and just want for everybody to get along are facilitating this encroachment. I say to them "buy your burka now and avoid the rush."
And how can any parent defend the outrage of the saluting, etc. of that man?! This is tin pot dictator kind of nonsense. I'm telling you, it gave me the unmitigated creeps when I saw the beaded portrait of him that 4th graders made and put out on the sidewalk in front of the White House for his birthday. It made me think of statues of Lenin in the USSR, portraits of Mao everywhere in China, all that 'worshipful leader' junk. In America???

I had to laugh about going ahead and buying your burka! Having the children indoctrinated with presents and singing BO's praises sickens me to no end. The only one we need to worship is the Lord Himself.
Sunni - I think you're right - it's going to take more than "just contacting your congressman". We are on precarious ground here, and I'm glad the Lord is in control.
Kathi - I've got some friends who think BO is the "bees' knees" and love everything he does AND they think his family is wonderful. Some people are like sheep being led to the slaughter. Here in Texas and most of the south, our people are a little more conservative than that the rest of the nation, but we can be a silent majority no longer!
Dani - you betcha I'm praying for revival and the next election and for the Lord to show mercy on the good ole US of A.
Mrs. JP - I guess it's good that our founding fathers are not around to witness the decline of America's values and beliefs and the reasons we are here in the first place.
Debi - The most important thing and maybe the only thing that we can do is PRAY that WE are not taken off into bondage like the Israelits were! I hope we haven't fallen than far.
