My husband came out of the bathroom last night and handed me a bottle of shampoo.
"Here, go put this up somewhere that I can't use it," he said.
"Why?" said I looking puzzled.
"Cuz I just washed my hair in it," said he.
I looked at the bottle, good sized clear bottle with bright orange lid, says 'Hartz" on the label - "flea & tick".
Oops - Hayley must've left it on the tub the last time she bathed Bella.
"Well, at least you won't have fleas!" I busted out laughing!

Read that to my husband and he laughed - of course he has shaved his head clean for years now - no muss and certainly no fleas! It is funny - we all do things on "auto pilot" so much of the time!

A little flea soap might stimulate his scalp, and if a flea was thinking of moving in, it might think twice now!! :)
Actually, Kathleen, that "scent" of flea shampoo stayed with him for a couple of days. Hope nobody noticed but me!
Rachel, I doubt any fleas would think of moving in now - well, I don't know, he IS going to the dove lease this weekend, and I'm sure there are at least ticks out there. Perhaps he's well protected...

My husband went to the dollar store looking for leave-in conditioner (I don't use any) and he bought Mane and Tail. !! For horses! It said that it could be used for humans too. When it was empty, he was going to go back for more and I said "No way." I am not having that sitting on the side of my tub for company to see. He said he didn't understand why but I don't believe him because he's a very smart man.
