Anyway, I would love to share a few photos from it with y'all from this book if ya don't mind...
It has beautiful outside dining layouts............wouldn't you just love to attend THIS picnic???
......or spend the night in this quaint little bedroom...........
...............or take your mint julep and peach cobbler on this lovely porch.......
...........or howdy at your neighbors from this veranda...........
........how 'bout adding a little whimsey to your beachside cottage..............
..........me, myself, and I? I really like this rustic, more primitive style.......
.......and I LOVE this front porch all decorated for fall! Isn't it gorgeous????........
........and who could forget Christmas in Savannah? Why, it's mahvelous!
Manuela, thank you so much for having such a nice giveaway - and for drawing my name! I love this book. I keep picking it up to gaze at the beautiful photos of Paula's home and hometown. It's great for inspiration - beauty to the senses - and of course, "southern" in style, which we all know is what I'm all about.
Y'all come on back now, ya hear?

Hi Vickie!
I'm so glad that you enjoy the book! I thought the photos were really good and Paula is as much fun to read as she is to hear talk!
Have a great week!
Manuela
P.S. I get every comment emailed to me so I read everyone of them!
Isn't that a fun book. It reads like you are sitting there having a one on one conversation with her. I've been lucky to have been entertained by her twice live. What a hoot she is!
Congrats! That book looks terrific. I like the rustic look better than the whimsy one myself. And, yes! That picnic looks so pretty. Enjoy your book...hope you've got a nice cool beverage by your side.
Congrats on your winning the book.
I love to listen to PD talk.
Hubby got to use his tractor on Sat. and he thought that was so cool, and he said that it sure did safe his back. He is helping #1 son put a new deck on the front of his home. They could move all those boards and lift them up with the forks on the front.
have a great day

Just caught up with your last few posts. Gorgeous pictures.
I love old log homes. I have thought several times of making at least one wall in my bedroom into a log cabin look, even a bathroom. So relaxing.
Lucky you on the win!

The very first time I saw Paula Deen on TV I screamed for my husband, "She sounds just like us!!. I yelled. Sure enough she's from just down the road from us, and about 30 miles from my hometown! She's wonderful!
You, my dear, are a beautiful artist! Such talent!!
Best, Vicki
