Josh & Lindsey in New Zealand

If you're following along, Lindsey has updated their blog - their adventure finding a place to live!  I get to see a whole new side of my son as a young husband, a young husband that truly cares about the needs and desires of his sweet wife.  Makes this mother's heart proud...   sniff...  sniff...

I agree with Gail!!!! You *done good*!!!

Why can't we easily give our selves credit, when kids turn out well? Someone would be quick to blame us, if they didn't. How come, taking credit, isn't more easily allowed?

I know. Because there's a lot of luck and good genes involved too. But still...

Ohhhh, it does make our hearts proud! I'll pop over there soon. I really wanted to come see you this week, but Sam and Emily have me working double-time in their "new" house. Thought I would have more time for myself. Oh well... Enjoy this beautiful weather! XO

They are really living it up. It's great that their life together is starting with such huge adventures. Raising a young man to be a loving husband is something that doesn't happen by itself; it's great that he has a mom who recognizes his efforts. Everyone is different, but us women sure can appreciate a young man who is so caring about his wife. Beautiful.

oh, I like her blog. I can just imagine how I'd be if I got to have that kind of insight into their life. Who wouldn't be proud.
