My Friend Tara at New Day New Seasons!

I've been friends with this gal for awhile now, and we've actually got to meet up and hang out a couple of times now with another blogger friend, Debbie at Wisdom.  Today, I need to tell you all to go meet Tara at New Day New Seasons.  She is an absolute doll and a dear bloggie friend to me!  We three girls have had the bestest times the twice that we've gotten together. Of all the laughing and joking and discussing serious subjects - you just wouldn't believe.  And eating, of course, lots of eating.  This time it was Mexican food!  I feel like I've known both of them forever and we had a blast at Papacita's and Dressin' Gaudy.

Tara is a school teacher and has a beautiful family.  She is also a Christian lady and her love for Christ shines through when you get to know her.  She is also a very talented artist - you should go by and visit her and see some of her creations!  They are amazing.  I've been quizzing Tara about her work and she's been giving me little hints.  Her sister is also talented and together they make an amazing pair!

Here's just a sneak peak at one of her creations.  Tara puts layers upon layers of mixed media into her work.
Gives it alot of depth and detail.  I know Tara's making some big plans with her artwork, but I can't tell... shhhhhhhhh... you'll just have to wait and see!  Pop over and say hi and tell her I sent you!

Vickie,

What a blessing to meet you. Isn't it great how the Lord connects us through this avenue of blogging and unites us through love for Him? You've met some dear women, too through your blogging, as you posted today. Such gifted women. May He enrich your life today in unexpected ways!

And, ohhhhhh, it has been a blast! Can't wait until we meet again! Actually, I think we should arrange a meeting at your farm. :) Or maybe a night at the b&b we told you about. Fun!!! Tara is sooooo talented! Love her stuff!

Sounds as if you've snagged some friends blogging and turned them into some real-life ones. Perfect! I will follow your links when and if I find a moment to spare. I'm making my way through a list of bloggers to visit and getting bogged down in the delicious details of their lives...

P.S. We opened the pickles -- AWESOME!!! Mrs. Picklemaker! Thanks so much for the big jar. I'll get to enjoy them a lot. :) Yes, ma'am, Mary liked her outfit; it fit perfectly. Couldn't have been better. She loved the softness of the tank and leggings fabric. Good quality. We were in Aggieland 75-76 in the old army barracks apts. by the tennis courts. Fun years!

Oh you are the sweetest! Thanks so much for featuring me....I feel so honored.
It has been such a blast getting to meet in person. SO FUN!!! I think the farm or a B&B would be a great idea for our next meeting.
As you can tell, school has begun with a BANG and I am way behind on my blogging AND creating.
Hugs,
TARA
